Ingredients for Nimbu Pani Recipe

  • Lemons 2

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Black salt to taste

  • Fresh mint leaves as required

  • Ice cubes

Method

Step 1

Squeeze juice of lemons into a bowl. Add sugar, salt, black salt, few fresh hand torn mint leaves and mix well.

Step 2

Add sufficient water and mix well till sugar dissolves.

Step 3

Add ice cubes, pour into individual glasses and serve chilled garnished with a mint sprig.
