Whisk together the milk, melted butter and eggs in another bowl. Add the ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, spring onion with greens, sweet corn and coriander leaves and mix well. Heat a non-stick tawa and brush some butter on it. Spoon out the prepared mixture into small pancakes and cook for two to three minutes on each side. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
