This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Oatmeal, Milk Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Oatmeal Bars 2 cups Oatmeal 1/2 cup Milk 1/4 cup Cashewnuts chopped 2 tablespoons Raisins 2 tablespoons Butter 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar 2 cups Milk 1 tablespoon Custard powder to decorate Chocolate sauce to decorate Strawberry crush Method Preheat oven to 180°C. Take oatmeal, honey, cashewnuts, raisins, butter, cinnamon powder and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix well. Put this mixture into a mould and press lightly. Place the mould in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Pour milk into a non-stick pan. Add custard powder and whisk well. Cook this on medium heat till the custard thickens. Take it off heat and set aside. When the oatmeal bars are baked remove from the oven. Pour a little custard in the centre of serving plates. Demould the bars and place one on each plate. Decorate with chocolate sauce and strawberry crush and serve immediately.
