Ingredients list for Oats and Flax Seeds Pops

  • 1 cup Oats roasted
  • ½ cup Flax seeds
  • ½ cup Peanut butter creamy
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1½ teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 6 tablespoons Dark chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup Dried coconut ( khopra) grated

Method

  1. Take peanut butter, honey and vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk with an electric beater. Add flax seeds, chocolate chips, dried coconut and oats and mix well. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls.
  3. Serve.
