By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Oats, Flax seeds Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Oats and Flax Seeds Pops 1 cup Oats roasted ½ cup Flax seeds ½ cup Peanut butter creamy ¼ cup Honey 1½ teaspoon Vanilla essence 6 tablespoons Dark chocolate chips 2/3 cup Dried coconut ( khopra) grated Method Take peanut butter, honey and vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk with an electric beater. Add flax seeds, chocolate chips, dried coconut and oats and mix well. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls.
