Peel oranges and separate segments. Cook them in a non stick pan with brown sugar and orange juice. Cut the cake horizontally into 3 slices. Cut out roundels in 3 different sizes using round cookie cutters. Keep the smallest roundels at the base of the glasses, cover with some of the orange mixture along with some juice. Spread a layer of ice cream. Over this keep the medium sized cake roundels, cover with some of the orange mixture over this too and top it with a layer of ice cream. Place the biggest cake roundels on top, cover with some of the orange mixture. Chill in the refrigerator. While serving put a scoop of ice cream on the topmost cake roundel and top it with some orange marmalade and one orange segment. Serve immediately.
