Ingredients
- 3 cups orange juice
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons tender coconut flesh, chopped
- 16-20 orange segments segments
- 16-20 raspberries
- 12-16 fresh mint leaves fresh
- Mint sprigs to garnish
Method
- Pour orange juice in a jug, add coconut water and red chilli powder and mix well.
- Put ½ tablespoon coconut flesh, 4-5 orange segments and 4-5 raspberries in each of 4 glasses, and pour the orange juice mixture equally into each glass. Put 3-4 basil leaves in each glass and mix well.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and serve chilled.
