Ingredients list for Orange Coconut Lassi

  • ½ cup Orange crush
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • ½ cup Coconut milk
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • for garnishing Orange slices

Method

  1. Blend together the orange crush, orange zest, coconut milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla essence in a blender till smooth.
  2. Pour into individual tall glasses and serve chilled.
