Overnight Chocolate Oats A delicious and healthy breakfast treat where rolled oats, milk, and cocoa powder are mixed and refrigerated overnight, resulting in a rich, chocolatey, and creamy breakfast porridge. By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Steel cut oats, Cocoa powder Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1½ cups steel cut oats 2½ tablespoons chia seeds 2 tablespoons coco powder 1 banana 2 cups milk 2 tablespoons honey 1 apple ½ orange 6-7 seedless dates, chopped Fresh mixed berries for garnish Mixed chopped nuts for garnish 1½ tablespoons yogurt to serve Method In a blender jar, add banana, milk, coco powder, honey and blend till smooth. Grate apple in a bowl, squeeze the orange juice in it, and add oats, chia seeds, dates and the prepared chocolate-banana milk. Mix well, cover with a cling wrap and refrigerate for 7-8 hours. Discard the cling wrap and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl and place mixed fresh berries, sprinkle chopped nuts and top it with yogurt.
