By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients pumpkin puree, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion Course Breads Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for PUMPKIN BREAD 1 cup pumpkin puree + for dusting Refined flour (maida) 2½ cups for greasing Butter brushing + 2 teaspoons Fresh yeast 4½ teaspoons Sugar Free Natura Gold ½ teaspoon Salt as required Milk For topping Pumpkin seeds Method Preheat oven at 180ºC. Grease a baking tray with some butter and dust with some refined flour. Take yeast in a bowl. Add half teaspoon Sugar Free Gold and some warm water, mix and set aside for two minutes to activate. Sift refined flour in a bowl. Add salt and remaining Sugar Free Gold and mix well. Add activated yeast and knead well using an electric whisker. Add pumpkin puree and knead again. Add some water and knead into soft dough. Dust some refined flour on the worktop, transfer the dough on it and stretch well. Transfer the dough onto the greased baking tray, create slits, cover and set aside to prove for fifteen to twenty minutes. Brush some milk and top with some pumpkin seeds. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes. Remove from oven, brush some butter and cool.
