Paan Chocolate Mousse Paan and chocolate combine well to make this flavourful mousse. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Milk chocolate, Castor sugar (caster sugar) Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 1.30-2 hour Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Paan Chocolate Mousse 1 cup Milk chocolate chopped 4 tablespoons Castor sugar (caster sugar) 2 tablespoons paan filling 3 Egg yolks ¼ cup Warm milk 2 cups Whipped cream to sprinkle Dark chocolate chips Method Boil some water in a deep non-stick pan. Place a large glass bowl on top. Add castor sugar and egg yolks and whisk continuously till it achieves ribbon consistency. Remove from heat. Add milk and whisk well. Melt chocolate in a microwave proof bowl in the microwave oven for 30 seconds, add it to egg yolk mixture and whisk well. Add paan filling and mix well. Transfer ½ of egg yolk mixture into another bowl. Add whipped cream and fold in. Add remaining egg yolk mixture and fold in well.Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle with whipped cream and pipe out rosettes on top of the mousse in each glass.
