Ingredients list for Paan Popsicles

  • ½ cup Meetha paan coursely ground
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons Gulkand

Method

  1. Blend together milk, cream and powdered sugar to make a smooth mixture. Transfer into a bowl.
  2. Add milk powder and whisk. Add meetha paan and candied rose petals and whisk well.
  3. Pour the milk-paan mixture into the popsicle moulds, cover and freeze for 4-5 hours.
  4. Demould and serve immediately.
