By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Refined flour (maida), Milk powder Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Pancakes Premix - SK Khazana 1 1/2 cups Refined flour (maida) 5 tablespoons Milk powder 5 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch 3/4 teaspoon Baking powder 3/4 cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) 2 tablespoons Melted butter to serve Cold butter cubes to serve Honey to serve Fresh fruits Method Sieve refined flour into a large bowl. Add milk powder, cornflour, baking powder and castor sugar and whisk till well combined. Transfer into an air tight container and store up to 20 days in a dry place. For making one portion, take 1 cup of the prepared pre mix in a bowl, add 2 tbsps melted butter and ½ cup water and mix well. Rest the batter for 5-10 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan, drizzle some melted butter and spread it with a tissue paper. Pour a ladle of batter and cook on medium heat till the underside is golden brown. Flip the pancake and cook the other side till cooked completely. Make more pancakes similarly.
