By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dried coconut ( khopra), Poppy seeds (khuskhus/posto) Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Panchakhadya 2 cups Dried coconut ( khopra) grated 2 tablespoons Poppy seeds (khuskhus/posto) 4-5 Roasted almonds chopped 8-10 Pistachios roasted, chopped 5-6 Cashewnuts roasted, chopped 4-5 Dried dates (chuhare) roughly chopped 4 tablespoons Powdered sugar a pinch Green cardamom powder a pinch Nutmeg powder Method Dry roast coconut and poppy seeds separately on low heat till golden brown and crisp. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Mix together roasted coconut, poppy seeds, almonds, pistachios, cashewnuts and dates in a bowl. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and mix well.
