By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cottage cheese (paneer), Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Punjabi Course Breads Prep Time 1-1.30 hour Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Bhature-SK Khazana 1 cup Cottage cheese (paneer) grated 1 1/2 cups Refined flour (maida) 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder a pinch Baking soda to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Castor 1 tablespo to deep fry Oil 1/4 cup Yogurt 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 Green chillies chopped to serve Chole for garnishing Onion rings for garnishing Green chilli Method Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, castor sugar, 1 tablespoon oil and yogurt in a parat. Add sufficient water and knead into a soft dough. Cover with a damp muslin cloth and set aside for 1 hour. Mix together cottage cheese, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt in a bowl. Divide the dough into equal portions and stuff with a portion of cottage cheese mixture and shape into a ball. Grease the worktop with some oil and roll out each stuffed ball into a bhatura. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry each bhatura till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
