By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Paneer (cottage cheese), Papad Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Bhurji in Papad Cones 1 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) 8 Papad halved 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 1 medium Onion finely chopped ½ teaspoon Asafoetida 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves Method Roast each papads on a non-stick pan and shape into a cone while still warm. Heat oil in the same non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, green chillies and onion and sauté till translucent. Add chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix and cook for 30 seconds. Add cottage cheese and mix well. Add salt, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add chopped coriander leaves, mix and cook for 30 seconds. Transfer in a bowl. Put some cottage cheese mixture in each papad cone.
