By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Paneer (cottage cheese), Medium potatoes Cuisine Mumbai Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Khada Pav Bhaji 100 grams Paneer (cottage cheese) diced 2 Medium potatoes boiled, peeled and diced 10-12 Cauliflower florets blanched 1 Medium green capsicum chopped 1/2 cup Green peas blanched 1 tablespoon Pav bhaji masala 8 Toasted pav 2 tablespoons Butter 1 tablespoon Oil 2 Medium onion chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 2 Medium tomatoes chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli paste to taste Salt 2 tablespo to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped to serve Lemon wedges Method Heat butter and oil on a non-stick tawa. Add onions and sauté till light golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté till raw smells disappear. Add tomatoes, mix and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add red chilli powder, chilli paste and ¼ cup water and mix well. Add salt and mix. Add ¼ cup water, mix and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add pav bhaji masala and mix well. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Add potatoes, cauliflower, capsicum, green peas, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add cottage cheese, ½ cup water and salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix.
