Ingredients list for Paneer Pethe Ke Laddoo
- 250 grams Paneer (cottage cheese)
- 8-10 pieces Petha (sweet) canned
- a pinch Green cardamom powder
- 2-3 tablespoons Chocolate chips
- 1 cup White chocolate melted
Method
- Mash paneer in a parat. Grate petha pieces into it. Add green cardamom powder, choco chips and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos. Place them on a plate and refrigerate them for an hour.
- Coat the laddoos with white chocolate and place them on a serving plate. Refrigerate till the chocolate sets.Serve chilled.
