Ingredients list for Pani Puri Pani

  • 1 small bunches Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Pani puri masala
  • 1/2 Lemon

Method

  1. Put coriander leaves and mint leaves in a blender jar. Slice ginger and add. Add cumin seeds, salt, coriander powder, green chilli, pani puri masala and a little water and blend into a fine mixture.
  2. Transfer into a large bowl, squeeze the juice of ½ lemon into it and mix well. Add sufficient water and mix well. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
