Papad Churi

Ingredients 

  • 6 Bikaner moong dal papad
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon ghee melted

Method

  1. Roast the papads evenly on medium heat on both sides and set aside to cool slightly. Crush the roasted papads roughly and put them in a bowl.
  2. Add red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves, onion and ghee and mix well.
  3. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
