By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Feb 2022 in Recipes Snacks and Starters New Update Main Ingredients Ripe papaya, Oranges Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 1.30-2 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1 small papaya, peeled, cut into 1 inch cubes and chilled 2 oranges 4 medium carrots, peeled A few mint leaves 4 tbsps pumpkin seeds 4 tbsps honey 1 cup yogurt A few ice cubes Fresh mint sprigs for garnish Method Peel oranges, separate segments, remove the seeds and put them into a blender jar. Cut carrots into medium sized pieces and add. Add mint leaves, pumpkin seeds, honey and yogurt and blend into a smooth mixture. Add a few pieces of ice cubes and blend again. For serving, take chilled papaya cubes in a bowl, pour the smoothie over them.
