Ingredients

    • 1 small papaya, peeled, cut into 1 inch cubes and chilled
    • 2 oranges
    • 4 medium carrots, peeled
    • A few mint leaves
    • 4 tbsps pumpkin seeds
    • 4 tbsps honey
    • 1 cup yogurt
    • A few ice cubes     
    • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

    Method

    1. Peel oranges, separate segments, remove the seeds and put them into a blender jar. Cut carrots into medium sized pieces and add. 
    2. Add mint leaves, pumpkin seeds, honey and yogurt and blend into a smooth mixture. 
    3. Add a few pieces of ice cubes and blend again.  
    4. For serving, take chilled papaya cubes in a bowl, pour the smoothie over them.
    5. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve chilled.
