Ingredients list for Papaya Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 small Ripe papaya , peeled, cut into 1 inch cubes and chilled
  • 2 medium Oranges
  • 4 Carrots , peeled
  • a few Fresh mint leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Pumpkin seeds
  • 4 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • a few Ice cubes
  • to garnish Fresh mint sprigs

Method

  1. Peel oranges, separate segments, remove the seeds and put them into a blender jar. Cut carrots into medium sized pieces and add.
  2. Add mint leaves, pumpkin seeds, honey and yogurt and blend into a smooth mixture.
  3. Add a few pieces of ice cubes and blend again.
  4. For serving, take chilled papaya cubes in a bowl, pour the smoothie over them. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve chilled.
