Cut carrots into medium sized pieces and add. Add mint leaves, pumpkin seeds, honey and yogurt and blend into a smooth mixture. Add a few pieces of ice cubes and blend again. For serving, take chilled papaya cubes in a bowl, pour the smoothie over them.
