By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Prawns (medium), Pasta Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Parsley Pesto Prawn Pasta 10-12 Prawns (medium) shelled and deveined 2 cups Pasta boiled ½ cup Fresh parsley 2-3 Garlic cloves 2 teaspoons Pine nuts(chilgoza) to taste Salt ¼ cup Olive oil 2 tablespoons Butter 3-4 Garlic cloves chopped 8-10 Cherry tomatoes 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese shavings Method Blend together parsley, garlic cloves, pine nuts, salt and olive oil into a coarse paste. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add chopped garlic, prawns and salt and toss. Add fusilli pasta and toss well. Add parsley pesto and mix well. Halve cherry tomatoes and add along with Parmesan cheese and toss.
