This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Farfalle, Sausages Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Pasta with Meat Sausages 200 grams Farfalle 8 Sausages 2 tablespoons Oil to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Garlic chopped 2 medium Onions finely chopped 1/2 cup Red wine 1 1/2 bottle Arrabiata sauce as required Crushed black peppercorns 15-20 Fresh basil leaves 3-4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil Method Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non stick pan. Heat sufficient water in a deep non stick pan. Place a silicon colander in it and put the pasta in it. Add salt, cover and cook till the pasta is just done. Add garlic and onions to the pan and saute. Halve the sausages and put into a chopper and process till well minced. Add red wine to the lightly browned onions and cook till the wine is reduced. Add arrabiata sauce and mix. Rinse the bottle with a little water and add. Add minced sausages to the pan and mix. Add 2 tbsps water and mix. Add freshly crushed black peppercorns and adjust salt and mix well. Tear basil leaves and add. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce. Add extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Put into a serving bowl and serve hot.
