Pattice Pav Indulge in Pattice Pav like a chaat, topped with plenty of cheese for an irresistible fusion of flavors and textures! This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 02 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients White bread , Medium potatoes Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 2 white bread slices 2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed ½ teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste 1 tablespoon oil 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon red chilli paste 3 tablespoons green chutney 2 pavs 1 medium tomato, sliced 1 medium onion, chopped ½ cup cheese 2 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander Method Place white bread slices on top of one another and remove the edges. In a bowl, add bread slices soak them in water and squeeze out water. Take potatoes in another bowl, add breads, mash them and mix well. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well. Take a ball sized portion of mixture and shape into a round pattice. Set aside. Heat oil in a non-stick tawa, add pattice pieces, flip on other side and cook on medium heat till golden brown on both the sides. Remove pattice on a plate. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add red chilli paste and green chutney. Mix well. Sauté on medium heat till oil separates. Slit pavs into halves and place over mixture. Mix well. Flip over and cook on another side. Place pattice pieces on pav and add 1 tomato slice on each pattice, onion chopped, grate and add ¼ cup + ¼ cup cheese on each pattice, 1 tbsp +1 tbsp of green chutney on each pattice, 1 tsp + 1 tsp chopped coriander on each pattice.
