Peach Crumble A quick and easy dessert – peaches topped with flour mixture and baked. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Peach, brown sugar/jaggery Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 51-60 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Peach Crumble 400 grams Peach tinned 3 tablespoons brown sugar/jaggery a pinch Cinnamon powder 1 tablespoon Raisins 50 grams Refined flour (maida) 250 grams Butter to serve Whipped cream Method Preheat oven at 180ºC. Arrange peaches on the base of a glass baking dish. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon brown sugar, cinnamon powder and raisins on top. Put flour in a bowl. Add butter and remaining brown sugar and mix with fingertips till the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Top the peaches with this mixture, place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and cool down to room temperature.
