Ingredients list for Peach Floating Island-Cook Smart

• 20 Canned peaches
• 16 Sugar
• 4 Cinnamon 1 inch sticks
• 4 Vanilla ice cream scoops
• for garnish Cocoa powder

Method

1. Heat a non-stick pan.
2. For each portion grind 5 peaches to a smooth puree and transfer into the non-stick pan. Add 2 tablespoons water and 4 teaspoons sugar and cook. Add 1 cinnamon stick, mix well and cook on medium heat till sugar melts.
3. Discard the cinnamon stick and transfer the peach mixture into a soup bowl. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the centre, sprinkle cocoa powder over the ice cream scoop through a sieve and serve immediately.
