Ingredients for Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie Icecream - Cook Sm Recipe

  • Peanut butter 2 tablespoons

  • Chocolate brownies 4

  • Vanilla icecream 10 scoops

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Put honey and peanut butter into a bowl and beat well with an electric beater. Add 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream and beat again. Roughly crumble brownies and add to the bowl and continue to beat taking care that some brownie pieces remain.

Step 2

Transfer the mixture into a silicon mould.

Step 3

Put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in another bowl and beat well. Spoon dollops of this ice cream over the peanut-vanilla mixture in the mould and create marble effects with a spoon.

Step 4

Cover the silicon mould with a lid and refrigerate till frozen.

Step 5

Serve chilled.
