Put them into a blender jar. Add some water and process. Add a few mint leaves, ginger, lemon juice and blend till smooth. Add honey, blend and pour into a bowl. Add ice cubes and mix well. Strain into another bowl. Put some mint leaves into each serving glass, pour the pear juice into them and serve.
