By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Penne(tubular Pasta), Oil Cuisine American Course Salads Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Penne In Thousand Island 1 cup Penne(tubular Pasta) to taste Oil 1 tablespoon Oil 1 medium Carrot cut into 1 inch pieces 1/4 small Broccoli cut into florets 3-4 French beans cut into 1 inch pieces 1/2 medium Green capsicum cut into 1 inch pieces 1 medium Onion quartered and layers separated 10-12 Cherry tomatoes 4-5 Stuffed olives 1/2 cup Thousand island dressing Method Take sufficient water in a pan, add a little salt and bring it to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook for six to eight minutes on high heat or until almost cooked. Drain, remove and refresh penne with cold water. Spread on a plate with one tablespoon of oil. Heat sufficient water in a pan, add carrot, broccoli and french beans. Cook on medium heat for three to four minutes. Remove and refresh with cold water and drain of excess moisture. In a large salad bowl toss all the prepared vegetables along with pasta, cherry tomatoes and stuffed olives. Add Thousand Island dressing, lightly toss and serve cold.
