Remove from oven and whisk till smooth. Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan, add sugar, stir and heat till the sugar melts. Add melted chocolate and mix well. Simmer further three to four minutes. Coarsely crush peppermint candies, reserving some for garnishing, and add to the chocolate milk. Mix well and bring to a boil. Switch off the heat, cool down the milk to room temperature and refrigerate for one hour. Pour the drink into four individual tall glasses, drizzle little fresh cream and garnish with the chocolate shavings and reserved crushed candies. Serve chilled.
