By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Guava, Red chilli powder Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Peru Popsicles 2 cups Guava juice 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder Juice of 2 lemons 1/2 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak) 16-18 Fresh mint leaves roughly chopped 1 Lemon quartered and sliced thinly Method Combine guava juice, chilli powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, black salt and mint leaves in a large bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture equally into popsicle moulds and place lemon slices in each. Cover and freeze till set. Serve.
