Ingredients list for Peru Popsicles

  • 2 cups Guava juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
  • 16-18 Fresh mint leaves roughly chopped
  • 1 Lemon quartered and sliced thinly

Method

  1. Combine guava juice, chilli powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, black salt and mint leaves in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture equally into popsicle moulds and place lemon slices in each. Cover and freeze till set.
  3. Serve.
