  • 2 Pizza Base
  • 1 cup Mixed Seafood(shrimps,Squids,clams)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup White sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • 6-7 Peppercorns crushed
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese grated

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Brush the pizza bases with olive oil and spread the white sauce over. Arrange the seafood on the pizzas and sprinkle with garlic, salt, crushed peppercorns and cheese.
  2. Bake till the cheese melts and turns golden. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
