Ingredients for Pizza Popcorn Recipe

  • Dried corn kernels 1 cup

  • Oil 1 tablespo teaspoons

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Tomato powder 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Dried basil 1/2 teaspoon

  • Parmesan cheese powder 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter in a deep non-stick pan, add dried corn kernels and mix well. Cover the pan and cook till the kernels pop.

Step 2

Heat remaining oil and remaining butter in another non-stick pan. When the butter melts, add tomato powder and dried basil and mix well. Add popcorn and mix till all the popcorn are coated.

Step 3

Add parmesan cheese powder and mix well.

Step 4

Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
