  1. Preheat oven to the highest temperature. Halve the focaccia horizontally and place one half on work top. Cut round slices of tomato. Slice mozzarella cheese.
  2. To make Tomato Mozzarella salad, arrange the tomato slices and some of the mozzarella slices on a serving platter overlapping each other. Drizzle a little olive oil and serve. To make the pizza, spread half the tomato paste on a focaccia half.
  3. Arrange half the slightly crushed onion slices over it, top it with half the red and green capsicum strips, half green and black olives. Sprinkle a little salt and arrange half the remaining mozzarella slices.
  4. Drizzle a little olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 7-8 minutes. Similarly make the second pizza. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
