Plant in a Jar Chocolate-hazelnut mousse served in jars topped with chocolate cookie crumbs. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dark chocolate, Fresh cream Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Plant in a Jar 1 cup Dark chocolate chopped 1 cup Fresh cream ¼ cup chocolate hazelnut sauce 2 cups Whipped cream 8-10 Dark chocolate biscuits 4 Fresh mint sprigs Method Heat cream in a non-stick pan Take chocolate in a bowl. Add hot cream and mix till chocolate melts. Add chocolate hazelnut sauce and fold in. Add whipped cream and fold in again. Add remaining whipped cream and fold in well. This is chocolate-hazelnut mousse. Fill a piping bag with mousse and pipe out into individual serving jars filling ¾ of it and tap. Refrigerate till set. Put dark chocolate cookies in a zip-lock bag, seal and coarsely crush with a rolling pin. Put some cookie crumbs on top of each jar and place 1 mint sprig in the center.
