Add 4 tbsps sugar and cook for 10-12 minutes or till the mixture thickens. Add chenna and khoya and mix. Add milk, green cardamom powder, pistachios and remaining sugar and mix well. Cook till the mixture comes to a boil. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
