Ingredients list for Pomegranate Chutney

  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh pomegranate juice
  • 2 Green chillies slit and seeded
  • 2 teaspoons Tamarind pulp
  • 1 teaspoon Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Rose petals crushed

Method

  1. Pour the pomegranate juice into a non-stick pan, add green chillies and tamarind pulp and cook till the mixture thickens.
  2. Add powdered sugar and rose petals, mix and switch off the heat.
  3. Cool and serve.
