Ingredients
- 3 cups pomegranate juice
- 15-20 ice cubes
- 4 lemons
- 2 tsp black salt
- Salt to taste
- 16-20 fresh mint sprigs
- 4 tbsp rose syrup
- 200 ml soda
Method
- Place ice cubes in a bowl. Add pomegranate juice and set aside.
- Place 4 glasses on the work top.
- Slice all the lemons and place slices of 1 lemon in each glass. Crush the slices with a muddler.
- Put ½ tsp black salt in each glass with a little salt. Add 4-5 mint sprigs to each glass and crush with a muddler.
- Add 1 tbsp rose syrup in each glass. Pour pomegranate juice along with the ice equally in all the glasses.
- Top it with soda and serve chilled.
