By Sanjeev Kapoor 12 Apr 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pomegranate (anar), Orange juice Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 5-6 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Pomegranate and Orange Sorbet 500 millilitres Pomegranate (anar) juice Orange juice of 5 medium oranges 50 grams Granulated sugar Juice of 1 lemon Method Heat the sugar with 100 ml water in a non-stick pan. Keep stirring till the sugar dissolves. Transfer into a jug. Add the orange juice and lemon juice, add the pomegranate juice and refrigerate to chill. Pour in a shallow container and freeze. When ice crystals have formed around the edges, whisk it and return to the freezer. Repeat four times or till a smooth sorbet is formed.
