Ingredients for Potato Salli - SK khazana Recipe

  • Wafer potatoes 4 large

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for deep-frying


Step 1

Peel potatoes and set aside. Pour plenty of water in a large bowl and sprinkle a little salt, soak the potatoes in it.

Step 2

Thinly slice the potatoes and cut them into thin strips, soak them in the salted water.

Step 3

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. , Drain the potato strips, spread them on a kitchen towel and pat dry.

Step 4

Drop in the potato strips into the hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 5

Transfer them on a serving platter and serve.
