By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Prawn Omelette Main Ingredients Medium prawns, Eggs Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients 18-20 medium prawns, cleaned, deveined and washed 4 eggs Salt to taste 2 tablespoons oil 2-3 green chillies, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 1 medium tomato, chopped ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 6-7 button mushrooms, chopped 3-4 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves 3-4 tablespoons grated processed cheese Toasted bread slices to serve Method In a bowl, break eggs, add salt, and whisk well with a fork. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan, green chillies, onion and tomato. Cook for 1-2 minutes, mixing occasionally. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, mix well. Add prawns and sauté for 1 minute. Add mushrooms, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add the eggs and coriander leaves, and cheese. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Loosen the edges and fold the omelette in half, slide onto a serving plate.
