Grease an aluminium baking tin and dust with flour. Mix oats and buttermilk with milk in a bowl. Add pumpkin puree and mix well. Add brown sugar and sugar and mix again. Break eggs and add and whisk well. Sieve together flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg powder and salt into the bowl and mix everything well. Add vanilla essence and olive oil and mix well.
