Pumpkin Seed Biscuits These biscuits are made with pumpkin seeds, refined flour, olive oil and some other ingredients. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pumpkin seeds, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Pumpkin Seed Biscuits ½ cup + 2 tablespoons Pumpkin seeds 1¼ cups Refined flour (maida) 1 cup Olive oil 4 tablespoons Yogurt Juice of 1 lemon ¾ cup light brown sugar 1 cup Oats roasted ½ cup Desiccated coconut Zest of 3 lemons Method Preheat oven to 180°C. Whisk together olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice and brown sugar till well mixed. Add flour, oats, desiccated coconut and lemon zest and mix till a sticky dough is formed. Divide the mixture into 24 equal portions and place them on a baking tray. Press them lightly. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
