Lightly pound mutton pieces and transfer them in a bowl. Add papaya paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala powder, crushed black peppercorns, red chilli paste, vinegar, mustard oil and mix well. Add potatoes, onions and salt and mix well. Grease an aluminium tray with mustard oil and spread the mutton mixture on it. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
