Remove from heat and allow it to cool. Mix half of the cream into it. Stiffly beat the remaining cream with sugar, fold this into the chocolate mixture and refrigerate for thirty minutes. Take a piping bag with a large star nozzle and pipe this chilled chocolate mousse in individual glasses and keep in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
