Ingredients for Quick Chocolate Orange Mousse Recipe

  • Dark chocolate , chopped 1 cup

  • Orange 1 medium

  • Fresh cream 1 cup

  • Whipped cream 1 1/4 cups

  • Dark white chocolate cups 8

  • Fresh mint sprigs to garnish

Method

Step 1

To prepare ganache, heat cream in a non-stick pan.

Step 2

Take dark chocolate in a large bowl, add the hot cream and whisk till the chocolate melts and cools down to room temperature.

Step 3

Grate orange zest into this bowl and add ¼ cup whipped cream and fold in. Add remaining whipped cream and fold in well.

Step 4

Fill the mousse into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle and pipe out into white chocolate cups. Garnish each cup with a mint sprig and serve immediately.
