Quinoa Pistachio Bars A healthy and extremely tasty bar that can be enjoyed by both young and old. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Quinoa, Pistachios Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 1.30-2 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Quinoa Pistachio Bars ½ cup Quinoa roasted ¼ cup Pistachios roasted and crushed 1 cup Dates seeded 1 tablespoon Honey 2-3 tablespoons Dark chocolate chips a pinch Salt for greasing Oil Method Coarsely grind dates in a food processor and transfer into a bowl. Add honey, pistachios, quinoa, chocolate chips and mix. Add salt and mix well. Grease a barfi tray with some oil, transfer the date-quinoa mixture into it and level it out. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
