By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Jun 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Full fat buffalo milk, Castor sugar Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 7-8 hour Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Rabdi Burfi - SK Khazana 1 litres Full fat buffalo milk 3/4 cup Castor sugar 1 1/2 cups Mawa 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg powder to garnish Silver varq to garnish Pistachio powder Method Bring the milk to a boil and in a deep non-stick pan. Add sugar, mix well till melts. Add 1 cup mawa cook for 15 minutes while stirring periodically. Add nutmeg powder and mix well. Cook till it comes to rabdi consistency. Add the remaining mawa, cook, stirring continuously till the mixture thickens. Pour the mixture into a greased burfi tray. Allow to cool down to room temperature and keep in the refrigerator overnight. Garnish with silver varq and pistachio powder.
