By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Dec 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Ragi Jaggery Cookies Main Ingredients Ragi flour, Jaggery powder Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients ¾ cup ragi flour ½ cup jaggery powder ¼ cup cocoa powder ¼ teaspoon baking soda ½ cup butter 2-3 tablespoons milk 1-2 tablespoon chocolate chips Method Preheat the oven to 180º C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Mix together ragi flour, cocoa powder and baking soda in a bowl. Cream together butter and jaggery powder in another bowl till soft and creamy. Add the flour mixture and fold in. Add milk and mix well. Divide the mixture into small equal portions, shape them into balls and flatten them a little. Arrange them on the tray keeping them 1 inch apart. Place the chocolate chips on top. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
