By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Rajasthani Lehsun Chutney with Apple Main Ingredients Garlic cloves, Green Washington apple Cuisine Rajasthani Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet & Sour Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 20-25 garlic cloves 1 green washington apple 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 2 teaspoons yellow mustard seeds 1 cup dried red chillies 1 tablespoon dried mango powder 1 tablespoon castor sugar (caster sugar) Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add fenugreek seeds, garlic cloves and yellow mustard seeds and sauté for a minute. Add dried red chillies and sauté on high heat till garlic turns golden. Switch off heat, add dried mango powder, castor sugar and salt and mix well. Set aside to cool. Deseed and cut Washington Apple into small pieces. Grind together chopped apple and roasted garlic-spice powder along with some water to make a smooth paste.
