By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Rasmalai, Flavoured milk Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 3.30-4 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Rasmalai Mousse in Orange Cups 6 + to garnish Rasmalai syrup squeezed out and finely chopped 3-4 tables for drizzling Flavoured milk (left over rasmalai milk) 1/2 cup White chocolate ganache 1 cup Whipped cream 1 tablespo to garnish Almond slivers 1 tablespo to garnish Pistachio slivers 4 Orange peel cups Method Take white chocolate ganache in a bowl, add whipped cream and mix well. Add chopped rasmalai and flavored milk and mix well. Add almonds and pistachios and mix well. Fill this mixture into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle and pipe it into each orange cup. Quarter a rasmalai and place a slice over each cup.
